The Yas-e Sefid Vavan residential complex is located in Islamshahr County, Vavan Town, on Shahrdari Street and Pakban Street. Vavan Town is one of the developing areas in Tehran Province
and, due to its access to the Persian Gulf Freeway, enjoys a strategic location. This project has been designed and is under construction in line with the objectives of the Housing Foundation to provide housing for various segments of society.

The project is being developed based on value engineering principles and using high-quality Iranian materials, in accordance with the highest engineering and quality standards.
